Privacy Policy

1. What is collected

• Account details — name, email, and optionally phone/company when you create an account or book a session.
• Booking details — the session type, time, and notes you provide about your environment.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch this site's servers.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form.

2. How it is used

To deliver consultations (scheduling, Zoom meeting creation, confirmations, receipts, and reminders), respond to messages, and maintain records of engagements. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

3. Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and processed by Stripe (payments), Zoom (meetings), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider processes only what it needs to perform its role.

4. Sign-in with Google

If you sign in with Google, this site receives your name and email address from your Google account — nothing else. No access to your files, contacts, or calendar is requested.

5. Cookies

Only essential cookies are used — session cookies that keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Retention and your rights

Booking and payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact form; deletion requests are honoured except where records must be kept by law.
