1. Who we are
This website is operated by Saeed J. Moghadam (“I”, “me”), an independent network and security consultant based in Toronto, ON, Canada. By using this site or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
2. Consulting sessions
Sessions are booked through this site for a stated duration and price (in Canadian dollars) and are held online via Zoom. A meeting link is emailed to you after your booking is confirmed. You are responsible for attending at the scheduled time; times are shown in your local timezone at booking.
3. Payments
Paid sessions are charged at booking through Stripe. I do not store your card details; payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms. Prices may change, but a confirmed booking keeps the price you paid.
4. Rescheduling and refunds
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are non-refundable except at my discretion. If I need to reschedule, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.
5. Professional advice
Consulting reflects experience-based professional judgment on the information you provide. Your environment remains your responsibility: recommendations should be validated in your own change-management process, including maintenance windows, backups, and rollback plans. I am not liable for outages, data loss, or damages arising from applying advice outside such a process.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share about your environment is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engagement. Mutual NDAs are available for project engagements.
7. Content
Cheat sheets, videos, and articles are provided for professional education. You may use them in your own work, but may not resell or republish them without permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
